We don't talk about our darkest secrets. We don't talk about our losses. We don't talk about our shame. We just don't talk. It takes a lot of courage to talk. And it's an art to know when to say what. A lot has happened the last few months and I feel like everyone is just cruising along. Maybe no one wants to pause and talk. No one wants to be reminded of the pain. Cos after all, talking or sharing doesn't solve anything isn't it? Whatever it is, I hope that the difficult times will be gone soon. May all be well.
